One shell, three accents.
Signal v4's Terminal Editorial system becomes the family baseline. Surfaces, typography, radius, and editorial behaviors are shared. Each app keeps its own accent as a channel identifier — the same pattern Signal v4 already uses internally for X / GitHub / Pulse.
